(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County Detachment has charged a 48-year-old female after police stopped a motorcyclist at a Kohler Road, Haldimand County, Ontario address.
On Saturday, May 28, 2016, at approximately 10:17 a.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Talbot Street East, when a motorcycle attracted the officer’s attention. The motorcyclist was subsequently stopped and investigated at a Kohler Road address.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 48-year-old Cynthia POWELL, of Hamilton, Ontario with driving while under suspension.
She is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga at a later date to answer to the charge.
