(TILLSONBURG, ON.) – The Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police responded to a motor vehicle collision involving a cyclist and a pickup truck, on Lisgar Avenue at the intersection of Concession Street on April 20, 2014 just before 11:00 p.m.
The male driver of the pickup truck was making a turn onto Lisgar Avenue when he struck the male driving the bicycle. The male cyclist was transported to area hospital by Oxford County EMS with minor injuries.
Matthew STOYLES, 19 years of Straffordville was charged with Improper Bicycle Lighting – contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
