(Havelock-Belmont-Methuen Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) clocked a vehicle at 164km/h in the 80km/h zone on Peterborough County Road 46 yesterday just before 12:30pm.
Mark CRIGER (age 59) of Toronto, ON was charged with stunt driving in relation to excessive speed. His driver’s licence was suspended for seven days and his 2011 BMW was impounded. The accused is scheduled to appear in Ontario Court of Justice in Peterborough on May 11, 2016.
