On the 26th of April 2015, at approximately 5:18pm, police conducted a vehicle stop on King St. North in Waterloo. After further investigation, three occupants of the BMW were arrested for fraud related offences. The three males, all from the GTA, were found in possession of a large amount of alcohol and electronics, purchased with falsified credit cards. The males were held for show cause hearings charged with numerous offences including Fraud Over $5000, Use Falsified Credit Cards, Possession of property obtained by crime over $5000 and laundering proceeds of crime.
