(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON.) – Members of the City of Kawartha Lakes Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to a collision on Killarney Bay Road yesterday just before 5:30pm.
Upon arrival on scene the OPP officer determined that one of the involved drivers had been consuming alcohol.
Gary CRAIGHEAD (age 57) of Mariposa Township was arrested and charged with:
· Impaired Driving
· Driving with more than 80mg of alcohol in his blood
· Possession of a controlled substance
The accused will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Lindsay, on April 7, 2016.
