(ONEIDA NATION OF THE THAMES FIRST NATION, ON) – On April 13, 2017, at approximately 12:55 p.m., the Oneida Nation of the Thames First Nation Police, with assistance from Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and Muncey-Delaware Nation Police, responded to a single motor vehicle rollover crash on River Road near Walker Road.
Officers determined that the 39-year-old male driver of the grey Pontiac van had been drinking alcohol. He was placed under arrest and transported to a police detachment for breath testing.
As a result of the police investigation, Craig Steven DOXTATOR, of Oneida Nation of the Thames First Nation, Ontario, has been charged with driving while ability impaired (alcohol), and fail or refuse to provide sample 254(3) alcohol/blood, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused was released from police custody by way of a Promise to Appear (PTA) and is scheduled to answer the charges in a London court on June 5, 2017.
