(Peterborough, ON) – On Monday, December 23, 2013, at approximately 7:00 pm officers from the Peterborough County OPP had occasion to investigate a motorist at Ashburnham Drive.
Officers from Peterborough County patrolling the highways observed a Chevrolet Cobalt driving erratically on Ashburnham Drive in the City of Peterborough.
Officers stopped the vehicle and conducted an investigation of the driver.
As a result of the investigation 22 year old Courtney Lynn DAVIS of Havelock was arrested and charged with Impaired Operation, and Having Over 80mgs of Alcohol in her Blood.
DAVIS was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Courts on January 30, 2014.
