Councillor Believes It’s Time For New Blood – Some Councillors Only Want Traditional Voting Method

Current CAO Gary Long was hard selling council on internet and phone
voting.  Normally council drools over new tech, and approves
virtually any IT expense.  Recently it was disclosed that the
Economic Development” department spent $4
