WFP stated that council was going to waste 1/2 an hour discussing
the long term nuclear waste depository, and that they seem to take
delight from summoning people for their own amusement. We were
wrong, as it was more than 2X worse than we predicted. In
retrospect, it was naive for us to think that council would comply
with their own rules and be respectful of others and their time.
