(BROOKE-ALVINSTON, ON) Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were conducting a RIDE (Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere) program on December 20, 2013 just after 7:00 p.m. when a Chevrolet vehicle entered and stopped for the officers.
During conversation with the driver and the subsequent investigation, it was determined that the driver had been consuming alcoholic beverages. The driver was arrested and charged with driving over the legal limit.
Cory LAWTON, 28 years of age, from Brooke-Alvinston, ON, has a Sarnia court date of January 13, 2014 to speak to the allegation.
