(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 36-year-old male after checking a vehicle at a Norfolk County Road 21, North Walsingham, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Saturday, June 25, 2016 at approximately 2:07 p.m., police were conducting a R.I.D.E program (Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere) in the area of Norfolk County Road 21 and Forestry Farm Road when a vehicle was stopped at checked for driver sobriety.
As a result, police have charged 36-year-old Dallas Conrad SUTTIE of Norfolk County, Ontario with driving over the legal limit.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
