(BROCKTON, ON) – Residents in the Municipality of Brockton are going to have the opportunity to share their concerns with members of the Brockton Safety Communities committee from the comfort of their home. In the coming weeks, members of the committee will be going door to door with tips such as how to protect your property and fire safety. The committee members will be easily identifiable as 2 of the members will be: a uniformed Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer and a uniformed Municipality of Brockton fire fighter. Residents are encouraged to take the opportunity to share any concerns they may have with the committee members.
The South Bruce OPP is requesting anyone with information that can assist police to call 1-888-310-1122. Should you wish to remain anonymous, you can call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS) or send a web-tip to crimestop-gb.org, where you may be eligible to receive a cash reward of up to $2,000.
