(ESSEX ON) – Three area residents were taken to hospital late last night with minor injuries following a two vehicle collision on Highway 3 and Walker Road.
At approximately 10:50 pm on Tuesday April 21st, a Honda Civic initially travelling south on Walker Road made a left turn directly into the path of a GMC pick-up that was proceeding north on Walker Road.
The driver of the Honda, a 22 year old Windsor man was charged with Turn Not In Safety under the Highway Traffic Act.
