(TOWNSHIP OF ESSA) – On September 27, 2016, members of the Nottawasaga Detachment, Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), were called to the scene of crash at the intersection of County Road 56 and the 5th Sideroad of Essa Township.
The driver of the westbound dump truck, Thomas MacDONALD, age 55, of Brampton, has been charged with Fail to Yield to Traffic on a Through Highway. He will appear in Provincial Offences Court at a later date.
