(Prince Edward County, ON)—On the January 11, 2015 at 9:28am officers from the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Prince Edward County detachment attended a motor vehicle collision on Chase Road, Hillier. Two motor vehicles were involved. Both drivers were transported to hospital to be treated for non-life threatening injuries.
A 51-year old Prince Edward County man, Dean MUNROE of Hillier, has been charged with Fail to Yield From Driveway/Private Drive, Contrary to Section 139(1) of the Highway Traffic Act.
