(SOUTH-WEST OXFORD TOWNSHIP, ON.) – The Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was called to investigate a three vehicle collision on Highway 401 westbound in South-West Oxford Township, shortly before 4:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 20, 2016.
The westbound lanes of Highway 401 were closed for over nine hours for the investigation and to clear the highway.
As a result of investigation the 49-year-old male driver of the transport truck, Robert FULTON of London was charged under the Highway Traffic Act with careless driving.
