(GUELPH, ONTARIO) On the 1st of August, 2013 at approximately 5:30pm Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers attended a motor vehicle collision involving two motor vehicles on Highway 6 and Kortright Avenue in the City of Guelph. Guelph-Wellington Emergency Medical Services (EMS) transported three patients to the Guelph General Hospital for minor injuries.
Robert KERFOOT aged 46 of Cambridge is charged with Carless Driving and Drive While Under Suspension contrary to the Highway Traffic Act. He has a court appearance scheduled in Guelph Court with a date of 18th of September 2013 to answer to the charges.
