(SUDBURY, ON) – At 5:45 p.m., on December 17, 2015, Sudbury Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a two vehicle motor vehicle collision on Highway 17, at the intersection of Regional Road 55, in the City of Greater Sudbury.
Investigation revealed a pickup truck travelling westbound on Highway 17 attempted to make a left turn and collided with an oncoming eastbound passenger car.
Bradley WHISSELL, 25 years of age, from Sudbury, was charged with Improper left turn, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
