COLLISION INVESTIGATION RESULTS IN DRUG CHARGE

(CHATHAM-KENT, ON) On Saturday, December 14, 2013, just after 6:00 p.m., Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a single motor vehicle collision involving a Toyota vehicle on Highway 401 westbound near Communication Road. No injuries were reported.

During the traffic investigation, a 29 year old male, Rahim DOSSA, from Mississauga, ON, was arrested and charged with possession of marihuana. The male is scheduled to appear in a Chatham court on Thursday, January 30, 2014, to answer to the charge.
