(GOULAIS TOWNSHIP, ON) – On June 12, 2015 at approximately 11:15 p.m. Batchewana First Nation Police on patrol conducted a traffic stop on Mission Road.
As a result of this traffic stop and further investigation Colin Douglas HARRIS, 40 years of age, of White Rock, British Columbia was arrested and charged with one count of Driving with More than 80 Milligrams of Alcohol in Blood contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada and Driving with Open Liquor in a vehicle contrary to the Liquor License Act of Ontario.
The accused was released on a Promise To Appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Sault Ste. Marie on July 6, 2015.
