(Amherstview,ON)- On January 16, 2016 at 11:08 p.m. an officer on patrol in Amherstview noticed a pick-up truck being driven erratically.
The officer followed and stopped the vehicle on Taylor-Kidd Boulevard.
The driver of the truck was arrested for impaired driving and transported to Loyalist OPP detachment for breath tests.
Charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and over 80 mgs is 20 year old Cole CHIDDLE of Loyalist Township.
He is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court in Napanee on January 26, 2016.
