Cody Andrew PRUDHOMME – Theft, Flight From Police, Dangerous Driving

(BLIND RIVER, ON) – The driver of the vehicle involved in the Suspect Apprehension Pursuit (SAP) on Highway 17 near Iron Bridge on January 6, 2015 has now been identified.

Cody Andrew PRUDHOMME, 19 years of age, from Windsor, Nova Scotia has been charged with the following criminal offences:

– Theft under $5,000

– Possession of Property Obtained by Crime over $5,000

– Flight while being Pursued by Peace Officer

– Obstruct Peace Officer

– Dangerous Operation of Motor Vehicle, 4 Counts and with

– Fail to Comply with Recognizance, 4 Counts

The accused remains in custody pending a bail hearing in Sault Ste Marie.
