On Thursday, July 2nd 2015 at 4:09 a.m., the Guelph Police conducted a traffic stop with a motor vehicle on Surrey Street at Gordon Street. Police spoke with the male driver, determined that he had been drinking alcohol and he was arrested.
Clayton Elsegood, 20 years of Guelph has been charged with impaired driving, drive over 80 mg. and novice driver BAC above zero. He will appear in court on July 14th, 2015.
