Clayton Cain – Drunk Driving

(BRUCE TWP, ON) – On November 11th, 2010 at 11:43 pm, members of the South Bruce OPP were conducting R.I.D.E. in the hamlet of Underwood. A car stopped at the checkpoint, but well past the spot indicated by police. Officers spoke to the male driver and discovered that he had been drinking alcohol. 35 year old Clayton CAIN of Allenford is charged with Impaired Operation, Drive Over 80 mgs and Possession of a Controlled Substance.

CAIN is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on December 13th, 2010 to answer to the charges. Motorists are reminded there is no excuse for drinking and driving. The South Bruce OPP has a zero tolerance for Impaired Driving.
