(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON.) – On April 2, 2015 the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) attended a single vehicle rollover on Ogemah Road. The vehicle driver was transported to a local hospital and was later released.
During the investigation the officer determined that the male driver had been consuming alcohol and subsequently arrested the male for impaired driving.
As a result of the investigation Clarence SHAW, 29 years of age, of Mariposa Township, was charged with impaired driving and driving with more than 80mgs of alcohol in 100mL of blood, contrary to the Criminal Code.
The accused will appear in court, in Lindsay, on April 30, 2015.
