CKPS Execute Drug Warrants

On February 1, 2014, the Chatham-Kent Police Intelligence Section, with the assistance of the Critical Incident Response Team (CIRT) and Police Dog Services (PDS) executed two Search Warrants in the Town of Tupperville, within the Municipality of Chatham-Kent.

An estimated $178,000.00 worth of illicit drugs were seized and removed from our streets.

Eric Dixon, 25 years, and Heather McAuley, 25 years, both of John Park Line in Tupperville were arrested and charged with:
Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Cocaine
Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Cannabis Marihuana
Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Methamphetamine
Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Fentanyl
Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm
Unauthorized Possession of a Weapon
Careless Storage of a Firearm
Careless Storage of Ammunition

Matthew Dixon, 26 years, of Centre Side Road in Chatham Township was also arrested and charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Fentanyl.

In addition to the drugs, the Intelligence Section also seized one pick-up truck, two cars, three motorcycles, five firearms and a quantity of ammunition for further investigation.

All three charged individuals have been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
