(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), officers were advised of a possible impaired driver travelling west bound on the 403 Highway.
At approximately 11:10 p.m. Tuesday January 28th, 2014, officers stopped a 2008 orange Hummer west of Rest Acres Road on the 403 Highway. While the officer was talking to the male driver of the vehicle, he observed all the usual signs of impairment by alcohol. The driver of the vehicle was transported to the Haldimand County OPP detachment for Intoxilyzer Tests.
Ryan DOWLING 22 years of age from the City of Burlington is facing the following Criminal charges
Drive Over 80 milligrams
Impaired Driving
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on February 14th, 2014 to answer to the charges.
