(SUDBURY, ON)- On December 30, 2015, at 9:14 a.m., members from the Espanola Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a traffic complaint about a vehicle travelling eastbound on Highway 17, near the town of Massey.
Police located the vehicle travelling eastbound on Highway 17 at Regional Road 55, in the City of Greater Sudbury and initiated a traffic stop.
As a result of the investigation, it was found that the female driver was suspended.
Cindy SEMCZYSZYN, 45 years of age, from Bradford-West Gwillimbury, was charged with: Driving while under suspension, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
The accused will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Sudbury, on January 18, 2016, to answer to her charge.
