(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment have charged a 44 year old female with Drinking and Driving related offences after police were called to a single motor vehicle collision at a St Johns Road East and Highway 6, Woodhouse, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Friday, August 17, 2013 at approximately 6:40 p.m., police were contacted by a concerned citizen after a vehicle was observed to leave the roadway and become involved in a collision.
As a result of investigation, police arrested a 44 year old female.
Charged with Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle, Impaired Driving and Driving over the legal limit is 44 year old Cindy KING-DUECK from Burlington, Ontario.
She is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
