(LAKESHORE, ON)— The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Lakeshore stopped a male driving a white Pontiac minivan on December 8, 2015 at approximately 2:15 a.m. near Manning Road and Essex County Road 42 in Lakeshore.
The sole occupant of the vehicle exhibited signs of impairment and was arrested at the scene. Officers located open liquor inside the vehicle as well.
His vehicle was towed and impounded for 7 days.
Christopher RAU, of Lakeshore was charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content. He will appear in a Windsor court on December 17, 2015 to answer to the charges.
