(IROQUOIS FALLS) – The Iroquois Falls Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have arrested and charged a local man with criminal code charges stemming from a dispute yesterday afternoon in Iroquois Falls.
OPP officers attended a Union Street apartment building in Iroquois Falls in answer to a report of a neighbor dispute in progress.
Once on site, the investigation was commenced and as a result,
Christopher OLAVESON, 37, of Iroquois Falls, has been charged with:
One count of Causing a Disturbance contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
One count of Breach of Probation contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada
OLAVESON was kept in police custody in order to be released this morning on a Promise to Appear requiring him to attend Provincial Court in Timmins to answer to the charges laid against him.
