(BRACEBRIDGE, ON) – While conducting general patrol in the town of Bracebridge during the early morning hours of Saturday, December 19th, 2015, a member of Bracebridge Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) began an investigation into the suspicious behaviour of a motorist. A traffic stop was conducted just after midnight on Dill Street and as a result, police arrested and charged 28 year-old Christopher MAJOR of Bracebridge with Over 80 CC 253(1)(b).
The accused will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge on January 5th, 2016 to answer to his charges. The accused received an immediate 90 day driver’s licence suspension and further had his vehicle towed and impounded.
