(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment arrested and charged a 28 year old male after police were called to investigate an incident at a Colborne Street South, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Friday, June 5, 2015 at approximately 10:55 p.m., police responded to a Colborne Street South address after being contacted by a concerned resident.
Through investigation it has been determined that two males and a female became involved in a verbal altercation which then turned into a physical confrontation.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 28 year old Christopher Lyle MATZIG of Norfolk County, Ontario with assault and fail to comply with probation order X2.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
