(TOWNSHIP OF GEORGIAN BLUFFS, ON) – On Sunday, November 17, 2013 at approximately 2:54 a.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a possible impaired driver operating a Toyota vehicle on Hwy. 6 & 21 in the Township of Georgian Bluffs.
The suspect vehicle was located in the parking lot of McDonalds Restaurant on the Sunset Strip. Two open beer bottles were observed inside the vehicle, having three occupants. The driver was arrested for impaired driving after failing a road side breath test. He was taken to the Wiarton OPP Detachment for further breath tests.
Christopher KAHGEE, 38, of Saugeen First Nations, was charged with impaired care and control of a motor vehicle and over 80 milligrams.
He is to appear in court in Owen Sound on Thursday, November 29, 2013.
