Christopher HOLLAND – Drug Possession, Drive While Suspended, No Insurance

(Limoges, ON) On August 12, 2013 OPP Constable Michael Cunning responded to an assist Ministry of Transportation (MTO) officer in Limoges. At that location MTO officer advised police that male was fishing without a permit and was operating a vehicle with an expired plate validation. The male left the scene before police arrival. A short time later police located the vehicle and when they approached it the occupant got out and headed for the wooded area. The police patrolled the area looking for the male and not long after the male was located near the Ultramar at 417 Vars exit. The male was arrested.

Christopher HOLLAND, 42 of Russell have to appear in L’Orignal court to answer to the

following charge:

CDSA 4(1) Possession Schedule II Cannabis Marihuana – under 30grams

He will also have to appear in L’Orignal traffic court to answer to the following charges:

HTA 53(1) Driving while under suspension

CAIA 2(1)(a) Operate a motor vehicle without insurance

HTA 216 Fail to stop for Police [PURSUIT]
