(CARRICK TWP, ON) – On November 13th, 2010 at 7:29 pm, an OPP West Region Traffic Officer was on patrol, along County Road 3 in Carrick Township, when a vehicle was observed to be speeding. The driver was stopped for travelling at 119 km/h in a posted 60 km/h zone.
22 year old Christopher HOHOL of Agatha is charged with Racing a Motor Vehicle. HOHOL’s vehicle was seized for 7 days and his driver’s licence has been suspended for 7 days. He is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on December 7th, 2010 to answer to the charge.
