(ESPANOLA, ON)- On August 19, 2016, at approximately 8:50 p.m., members from the Espanola Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting radar enforcement and initiated a traffic stop on Highway 17, in the township of Lorne, in the City of Greater Sudbury.
As a result of the investigation, it was found that the male driver was under suspension.
Christopher GUNN, 38 years of age, from Haldimand County, was charged with the following:
Driving while under suspension, contrary to 53(1) of the Highway Traffic Act. – 2 counts
Speeding, contrary to section 128 of the Highway Traffic Act
The accused will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Espanola, on October 13, 2016.
