(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County detachment investigated a motor vehicle collision at a Forestry Farm Road, Charlotteville, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Friday, March 17, 2017 at approximately 10:47 p.m., officers responded to a single motor vehicle collision.
Through the course of investigation, it has determined that a motor vehicle failed to stop at Forestry Farm Road and 8th Concession and entered the front lawn of a residence.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 27-year-old Christopher Drew RUTHERFORD of Norfolk County, Ontario with impaired driving, driving over the legal limit and possession of Methamphetamine.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
