(TOWN OF FERGUS, ON) On Saturday May 25, 2013 at approximately 2:05am, County of Wellington Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers stopped at 2010 Toyota CTX that was travelling on St. Andrews St. in the Town of Fergus. Police spoke with the male driver and discovered that he had been drinking. The driver was administered a Roadside Screening Device test which resulted in a fail.
Christopher Boehm age 30 of Kitchener has been charged with Over 80mgs contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on June 25, 2013 to answer to the charge.
