(WALKERTON, ON) The South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has laid charges in 4 different theft incidents:
On January 25, 2013 at 3:15 pm, groceries were reported stolen from the Wright’s Food Market in Walkerton.
On January 25, 2013 at 12:17 pm, liquor was reported stolen from the LCBO store in Paisley.
On January 16, 2013 at 5:53 pm, liquor was reported stolen from the LCBO store in Walkerton.
On January 5, 2013 at 3:11 pm, an I pad was reported stolen from the Wright’s Food Market in Walkerton.
The South Bruce OPP investigated these incidents with the assistance of the South Bruce OPP crime unit. The investigation culminated on February 3, 2013 with an arrest. 48 year old Christine SOWA of Elderslie Township has been charged with 4 counts of Theft under $5,000. She has been in held in custody pending the result of a show cause hearing scheduled for February 4, 2013 at 2:00 pm.
