(BRANT TWP, ON) – On March 20, 2014 at 10:24 pm, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a vehicle in a snowbank in the 1000 block of Bruce County Road 4, Brant Township. Officers arrived to find that the driver had been drinking alcohol. The driver was arrested and taken to the South Bruce OPP detachment where officers learned that she was a disqualified driver. 49 year old Christine DECHENE of Hanover has been charged with Impaired care or control, Refuse to provide breath sample and Drive while disqualified. She was held in custody pending the results of a bail hearing scheduled for March 21, 2014 at 10:00 am.
