(KINCARDINE, ON) – On May 24th, 2011 at 4:16 pm, a South Bruce OPP officer was on patrol along Mechanics Avenue in Kincardine and noticed a Toyota Camry with moderate front end damage. The vehicle was stopped and the driver was found to have a suspended driver’s licence. 53 year old Chester KURATCZYK of Kincardine has been charged with Drive while licence suspended, Operate unsafe vehicle and Drive motor vehicle without current validation. He is scheduled to appear in court on July 5th, 2011 to answer to the charges.
