(CHESLEY, ON) – On December 16, 2015 at 11:43 a.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a suspicious male that was spotted near the Chesley District Community School along 4th Avenue in Chesley. A lockdown was initiated to prevent unauthorized access to the school.
Members of the Grey County OPP assisted the South Bruce OPP in a search of the area, but no suspicious male was located.
This is an isolated incident; there is no threat to public safety.
