Chatham-Kent Police Daily News Release June 13, 2015

The Chatham-Kent Police Service responded to 178 calls for service. Nine people were arrested.

CK15017079 – Man charged with domestic assault

Around 6:28am on June 12th 2015 a 20 year old man was arrested for domestic assault at a residence in Chatham. He was held for a bail hearing.

CK15017139 – Female charged with assault

At 3:39pm, police responded to a disturbance at a residence in Dresden where a 29 year old female was arrested for assaulting her sister. She was released from custody on a future court date.

CK15017171 – Male charged with having open liquor

At 8:27pm police attended a disturbance call at a residence in Wallaceburg and located a 22 year old male intoxicated in a public place with open liquor. He was charged with the offence and released.

CK15017059 – Man arrested for curfew breach

At 9:19pm, police attended a Raleigh Township address and arrested a 24 year old male for breaching his curfew conditions. He was released on a future court date.

R.I.D.E – Vehicle checks were conducted in Blenheim, Tilbury and Chatham, with 105 vehicles checked. In Chatham, a male driver received a

three day suspension.
