Break and Enter in Chatham CK15034205

Sometime over the weekend, unknown suspect(s) forced their way into a residence on King Street East. Once inside the suspect(s) stole a black MacBook, 55’ Toshiba LCD TV, Xbox 360 and games, Dyson fan, set of Ping golf clubs with Taylor driver and 3 wood, 20v cordless drill, silver iPod, silver Swatch watch and gold St. Mary’s high school football ring. Assorted clothing and US currency was also stolen. Total value of the theft has been estimated at $8000.

Stolen Snowmobile CK15034198

Sometime between November 14 at 11:00 p.m. and November 15 at 12:00 p.m. unknown suspect(s) stole a blue and yellow 2004 Ski-Doo from a residence on Charing Cross Road. The ski-doo has pink accent lights and is valued at $3500.

Theft of Scooter CK15034220

Sometime yesterday afternoon, unknown suspect(s) stole an ‘X-Games’ children’s scooter from the Wallaceburg pool area. The scooter is black with polished aluminum wheels and a red ‘X Games’ sticker over the front wheel. The scooter is valued at approximately $150.

Motor Vehicle Collision in Chatham CK15034201

Yesterday afternoon around 2:00 p.m. police responded to a single motor vehicle collision on Grand Avenue West near Lacroix Street. The driver struck a light post and sustained non-life threatening injuries. Total damage was estimated at $15,000.

The 30-year-old Tilbury man was charged with driving while under suspension and driving while in contravention of conditions.

Motor Vehicle Collision in Blenheim CK15034204

Around 3:00 p.m. yesterday afternoon, police responded to a two vehicle collision on Chatham Street North between Cathcart Street and Story Street. One driver was transported to hospital for medical attention.

Both drivers were charged with offences contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
