(Asphodel-Norwood Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) clocked a vehicle at 137km/h in the 80km/h zone on Highway 7 last night just after 7:00pm.
Charles Anthony VOGEL (age 33) of Mooresville, North Carolina was charged with stunt driving in relation to excessive speed. His driver’s licence was suspended for seven days and his 2015 Fiat rental car was impounded. The accused is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Court on September 14, 2015.
