(CHESLEY, ON) – On November 14, 2014 at 11:05 pm, members of the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting a R.I.D.E. check on 1st Avenue South in Chesley when a White Mazda CX5 stopped. Officers found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. The driver, 54 year old Charles ADAMS of Guelph, has been charged with operate over 80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in court on January 19, 2015 to answer to the charge.
