Charlene Tara FORTH – Impaired Driving

(QUINTE WEST, ON) – On October 14, 2015, at approximately 10:40pm officers from the Quinte West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) attended to County Road 40 for the report of a single motor vehicle collision.

When officers arrived on scene they located the motor vehicle involved in the collision but were unable to locate the driver. After a brief search for the driver the female was located a short distance from the car. After an investigation it was determined that the driver’s ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired by alcohol.

Charlene Tara FORTH, 40 years old, of Quinte West has been charged with:

· Driving While Ability Impaired- motor vehicle (Alcohol)

· Care or Control Over 80 mgs.

The accused is to appear at The Ontario Court of Justice 15 Bridge Street West, Belleville, on November 19, 2015 to answer to the charges.
