( COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) County of Brant Detachment investigated a motor vehicle collision at a Governors Road East, County of Brant, Ontario address.
On Thursday, June 5, 2014 at approximately 7:15 p.m., the County of Brant OPP, County of Brant Fire Services and County of Brant Paramedics responded to a motor vehicle collision involving a cyclist.
Investigation has determined that a cyclist and a Honda motor vehicle were travelling eastbound on Governors Road when they became involved in a collision.
The cyclist David TUTTY suffered life threatening injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigators assisted with the investigation.
Justin SARDELLA 25 years of age from the County of Brant was charged with Careless Driving under the Highway Traffic Act of Ontario.
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Offences Court on November 18th, 2014 to answer to the charge.
