(Ottawa)-The Ottawa Police Service has charged Andrew BETTENCOURT, 20 years old, of Ottawa with a total of 10 offenses including Kidnapping, Forcible confinement, Assault, and Dangerous Driving.
He appeared in court today. He was remanded into custody.
